Account Deletion

Users can delete their account and associated personal data at any time.

Option 1: In-app account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the Aidol app:

Open Aidol → Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Option 2: Email request

You may also request account deletion by contacting us at:

AidolTeam@outlook.com

Please use the email address associated with your Aidol account.

After verification, we will permanently delete:

• Your account
• Chat data
• Profile information
• Related personal data

Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g. financial or tax records).
